All volunteers MUST sign two Liability Release Forms - one for the city and one for the county. Please do not park at Lake Johnson Park- keep in mind that you need to check-in and sign your waivers at The Woodland Center in order to participate.

Participants will then walk 15 minutes over to the Lake Johnson Park boathouse. Make sure to grab your cleanup supplies near the park office, which includes gloves, trash bags and recycle bags. Kayaks and canoes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for use during the litter cleanup.

The litter cleanup runs from 10AM-12PM, followed by a special Volunteer Appreciation Party (lunch from 12pm to 1:30pm) sponsored by Foothills Brewing of Winston Salem. Adults must accompany all children age 16 and under.
