Regency Park and Symphony Lake Greenways (Trails)
Regency Park at Koka Booth Amphitheatre Thursday, August 6th Gates open at 7pm and movies will start at dusk. Movie Night Admission is $5 Adults/Kids 12 and under free.

 

Dead Poets Society – PG (1989) 128 min - THROWBACK THURSDAY
A new English teacher, John Keating (Robin Williams), is introduced to an all-boys preparatory school that is known for its ancient traditions and high standards. He uses unorthodox methods to reach out to his students, who face enormous pressures from their parents and the school. With Keating"s help, students Neil Perry, Todd Anderson and others learn to break out of their shells, pursue their dreams and seize the day.
 
What to know when coming to the show
For a mere $5, kids under 12 are free, patrons can bring a blanket or chair as the spacious lawn at Booth Amphitheatre is transformed in to an outdoor movie theatre.
 
A portion of the Movies By Moonlight proceeds will benefit the WakeMed Children’s Hospital.
 
Movie starts at dusk (approximately 8:30pm) and the gates open at 7pm.
 
Please no pets are allowed. Patrons are allowed to bring in picnics (including beer and wine) on these special family nights so plan on making “Movies by Moonlight” part of your summer schedule!
