oin Downtown Raleigh Alliance for the annual Downtown Raleigh Tree Lighting Celebration at the Duke Energy Center for Performing Arts on Saturday, November 23, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Kick off your Raleigh Holiday in downtown with live performances, a Marbles Kids Museum Booth, local food vendors, unique downtown retail, local beer and wine, and free activities for every age! Mayor Nancy McFarlane will light the holiday tree, and a variety of performers will fill the stage for the duration of the event. Free Activities for All In addition to eating, drinking, and shopping opportunities, we will also have a range of activities for every age group. Take part in crafting at Marbles Kids Museum pop-up station, get a photo with Santa Claus or create a holiday gif at our Brand Cam, and take in performances from the following, with more acts to come: PERFORMERS Moore Square Magnet Middle Choral Ensemble Moore Square Magnet Middle Dance Ensemble Encore Singers Takiri Folclor Latino Al Strong Quartet GET INVOLVED We need volunteers for every aspect of the Tree Lighting.
