Roll Out the Barrel for the 23rd annual celebration of polka! For 22 years this show celebrated Frankie Yankovic, America"s King of Polka, but this year"s concert is presented in memory of North Carolina"s own Prince of Polka, Dallas Foster, who passed away on May 14, 2019.
