Museum of Life and Science
Saturday, November 3rd 2pm-5pm
Free With Admission
Join them as the Museum of Life and Science hosts the Duke Children’s Teddy Bear Hospital sponsored by Duke Department of Pediatrics. This event is open to the public, and kids are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal friends to explore activities designed to highlight the body, physical fitness, and healthy habits. Kids will have the chance to interact with and have their stuffed animal examined by Duke pediatric doctors across several disciplines and check out a Duke Life Flight ambulance! Duke Children’s will provide a small number of teddy bears for kids who do not have one, but since supplies are very limited, guests are encouraged to bring their own. Both the Elements Museum Store and Gizmo Garage have a wide array of fun stuffed animals available for purchase at the Museum. This event is included in the price of admission.
